Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the ROAR platform and services operated by DP TradeKING Private Limited (“DP TradeKING”, “we”, “us”). By using the platform you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract under Indian law. Trading and demat accounts are opened after successful KYC in line with SEBI and depository (NSDL/CDSL) requirements. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, OTPs and account details confidential.
2. Services
DP TradeKING provides an order-collection and execution platform for equities, F&O, currencies, commodities, mutual funds and related products, along with research, tools and educational content. Availability of specific segments depends on your account type and applicable approvals.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current KYC information and keep it updated.
- Place orders only for products you understand; trading in securities carries risk.
- Do not use the platform for unlawful, manipulative or abusive activity.
- Comply with all applicable SEBI regulations, exchange bye-laws and tax obligations.
4. Orders & execution
Orders are collected and routed to the relevant exchange for execution. We do not guarantee execution at a particular price or time. System, connectivity or market conditions may delay or prevent execution. Contract notes and statements are issued as prescribed.
5. Charges
Brokerage, statutory levies (STT, exchange charges, SEBI turnover fees, stamp duty) and GST apply as per our published pricing. Charges are subject to change with notice.
6. No investment advice
Unless you have a separate signed advisory agreement with a SEBI-registered entity, content on the platform — including research, tools and community posts — is for information only and is not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DP TradeKING is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from market movements, force majeure, or third-party system failures. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under law.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, regulatory requirements, or risk-management reasons. You may close your account subject to settlement of dues and regulatory processes.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Anand, Gujarat, and to applicable exchange/SEBI grievance and arbitration mechanisms.
This page is provided for information. For binding terms and the latest regulatory disclosures, the versions published by DP TradeKING Private Limited and filed with SEBI / the exchanges prevail. Questions? Contact us.
