The Investor Charter sets out the vision, mission, services and investor rights, in line with SEBI’s framework for stockbrokers and depository participants.

Services provided

  • Account opening and KYC as per regulatory timelines.
  • Order execution across exchange segments and product distribution.
  • Issuance of contract notes, statements and reports.
  • Investor education and timely grievance redressal.

Rights of investors

  • Fair, prompt and courteous service.
  • Transparent charges and timely statements.
  • Confidentiality of information, except as required by law.
  • Access to grievance redressal and, where applicable, arbitration.

Investor responsibilities

  • Complete KYC and keep details updated.
  • Understand products and associated risks before trading.
  • Verify contract notes and statements; report discrepancies promptly.
  • Do not share credentials, OTPs or account details.

Grievance redressal

Raise complaints via our Grievance Redressal page. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the exchanges, depositories and SEBI’s SCORES portal, and to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) mechanism.
